Professional Edition
The Professional edition supports agent-based and agentless monitoring, giving you the flexibility
to monitor all your servers in the most appropriate way. Your most critical servers can benefit from the
independent monitoring that only an agent can provide. For less critical servers, agentless monitoring
gives you the assurances you need that those servers are also running smoothly.
Data management allows you to gather incident, event and performance data from each monitored server
and merge it into a central, combined database, providing detailed historical reporting and analysis
capabilities.
The web-based interface provides complete access to the functionality from a wide range of platforms
without the need to install any special client software.
You can also monitor the performance of all the SNMP devices located on your network, such as UPSs,
routers and printers, and listen for the traps generated by those devices.
ServerAssist Professional is licensed on a per-server basis, and the license also allows a designated
server to agentlessly monitor unlimited SNMP devices. Licences are perpetual, and come with one year of support
and maintenance.

Workgroup Edition
The Workgroup edition provides core system monitoring without deploying any agents. It is suitable
for organizations that require a more cost-effective monitoring solution, but still need to be
confident that their network is operating at peak efficiency. You can also monitor the performance of
all the SNMP devices located on your network, such as UPSs, routers and printers.
One license for ServerAssist Workgroup allows you to install the monitoring software on one machine,
and allows that machine to monitor a number of servers and SNMP devices.
ServerAssist offers three different licenses, covering 15 devices, 30 devices and unlimited devices,
allowing you to tailor your license to the size of your network. Licenses are perpetual, and come with
one year of support and maintenance.
