Wizard. The wizard allows you to quickly establish a set of user-focussed
rules. For instance, setting quota size, threshold levels, notification
types and texts even imposing file-blocking measures to prevent
unwanted file-types from being saved.

can set storage quotas on disk objects such as directories, file,

can implement file-blocking to remove entire file types from their
systems.
When a quota is
exceeded, an alert prompts the software for a specified response,
which automatically prevents a user from exceeding their quota and
generates instructions as to how the user can remedy this situation.
Quota Server supports
Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Quotas, and includes such
key new features as a wizard-based means of developing and implementing
storage policies, a new central database for more flexibility and
control over resources, and more.
