Northern Storage Suite v8.5 is beschikbaar en biedt ongeevenaard
inzicht in en controle over gebruikersgegevens. De nieuwe versie
legt nu eenvoudiger verouderde gegevens bloot, waardoor de waarde
van de gebruikersgegevens beter in overeenstemming gebracht
kan worden met de opslagkosten hiervan. Samen
met de nieuwe ondersteuning voor omgevingen gebaseerd op HSM (Hierarchical
Storage Management) geeft dit de mogelijkheid om de ROI te

Web-gebaseerde Asset Management is nu realiteit met Vector Networks'
Asset Manager Pro v5.5, die nu ook asset management functionaliteit over het internet
levert. Tevens is er nu de mogelijkheid om de asset management software op
jaarbasis te huren, waardoor de terugverdientijd nog verder gereduceerd kan worden.
Vector Asset Manager Pro bestaat uit de modules hardware inventarisatie, software
inventarisatie en software metering. De software is zeer eenvoudig te installeren en de
clients kunnen volautomatisch gedetecteerd en geinventariseerd worden. |
